(Sorry about the smashed paragraphs - I couldn't get the blogger to work right.)
Where has the time gone? My baby is one month old already! I cannot believe it. (I also still can't believe that Wally and I are "parents". WHAT?!?!) Wally and I are still having the time of our lives and we couldn't have been blessed with a sweeter (or prettier) baby.
Caroline still has such a great temperment. She really only fusses if she's hungry. And she can go fro zero to sixty REAL QUICK. She doesn't give you much warning. For the most part, she's up every 3 hours at night - however, some nights it's every 4 hours (yes!!) and some nights it's every 1.5 hours (boo!). But, we manage. I hate complaining because the more often she's up just means more time I get to spend with her. Right?
She's staying awake for longer periods of time during the day. I really enjoy this time, too, because I talk, she stares & listens. I just can't get enough of her!!
Oh, and I think she smells big people food - that seems to be the times when she HAS to eat - right when I'm about to sit down for lunch or dinner!!
Likes: eating, her Daddy, bathtime (she never fusses during bathtime anymore!), riding in the car, her bouncy seat when it's vibrating and the music is playing, shopping (she does! I promise!), being held
Dislikes: being hungry, being buckled into her carseat, her bouncy seat when it's NOT vibrating
Her first road trip is this weekend to Columbia to see Grandmama & Granddandy. I already have a list of things that I can't forget to pack and the list is WAY too long! We're going to be THOSE parents! It's amazing how much stuff a baby her size requires. Wish us luck!
