Easter Egg Hunt: 2013

Who doesn't skip right from Christmas to Easter?  Ugh...maybe I'll be able to catch up on here one day.  But, while this is all fresh in my head, let's go straight into the Easter season!

Our dear friend Wendy Martin invited us to join her family at an Easter Egg Hunt at her church.  We had so much fun last year when we went, I wanted to go again this year!!!!  The girls loved it.

Caroline counting her eggs with Ms. Wendy.  Poor ol' Caroline - she's not the fastest runner.  The other kids kept getting the eggs before she did!

After the egg hunt & lunch, we let the kids play on the playground some.  They had a blast!

I may be biased, but I sure do have two pretty girls.  

 This little girl loves, loves, loves to swing.  Total opposite of Caroline.  And apparently, she loves to slide, too!  Had to get a little help from Mr. Allen.

 And another special treat - decorating cupcakes!

I pray that Caroline will have life long friendships with all of the Martins.  They have a very special place in our hearts!

 I had to do a comparison shot from last year.  I knew I had a picture of Caroline hugging on one of the Martin boys from last year's egg hunt.  This year, all I could get was holding hands.  I'll take it; still so very sweet!  (Reed on the left, Logan on the right)
