9 Months!!

Where has the time gone? I guess I need to start planning her sweet 16 party??? Because at this rate, it'll be here in no time. Boo-hoo!! We had our 9 month check up yesterday with an almost clean bill of health. She still has an ear infection in one ear - so that means another round of antibiotics and another visit in 10 days. That also means a referral to the ENT as well. Wish us luck!! Oh, and she handled her H1N1 booster like a pro!!!

Milestones:

• Very fast crawler and ALWAYS on the move (I can't stress this enough - she is ALWAYS moving - ALWAYS - and it seriously makes me very tired to watch her sometimes.)
• Walks around furniture like a pro; I've even caught her standing on her own for about 2 seconds before
• Eats Stage 3 foods; we tried meats last night for the first time and she seemed to like Chicken with Country Vegetables - gag.
• Feeds herself finger foods except when they're too slimey - then she gets frustrated and tries to eat it straight from the tray
• SLOOOOOOOOOOOWLY introducing table foods - she's had graham crackers, Townhouse crackers, mandarin oranges, diced peaches and a lemon (that was Daddy's doing, not mine)
• Still on breastmilk (yay me!!)
• Talks all the time - quite a change from the last time I posted milestones
• Moved to the Infant 2 room at school (ironically, that's the day she came home talking and hasn't stopped since)
• Slowly outgrowing her 6 months clothes; however, 9 month clothes are still pretty big
• Has two bottom teeth and working on her two top teeth - her gums are starting to get clear and puffy
• Has barely enough hair for a hairbow!!! FINALLY

Likes:

• Her daddy
• All her new toys from Christmas!!! However, her favorite things to play with are: a boot she has outgrown, remotes, phones, sippy cup lids, socks and paci clips
• Bathtime - she has figured out how to make a mess
• The Martin Boys
• Snacktime
• Taking her shoes and socks off
• Sleeping!!!!

Dislikes:

• Getting her runny nose wiped
• Putting on a coat
• When you take something away from her

Can someone please freeze time? Because she is so much fun now and I love every minute of it.
