I DID IT! I LOST 10 LBS!!!!!!!
 
Holy cow, I can't believe it.  I'm SUPER stoked.  And SUPER proud of myself.  And, on top of it, I went out of town for the weekend and still made good decisions!  I did take some Weight Watcher friendly food with me seeing as how a family that eats together, stays together...I mean, we love to eat when I go to Columbia...but I tried my hardest to make wise decisions so I wouldn't be a stick in the mud when my dad fixed steaks just for me on Friday night.  :-)
 
All that being said, I accomplished my first mini-goal.  First of three, that is.  Anyways - as each new mini-goals approach, I have decided to treat myself to something I have been missing out on.  My reward this time was a big ol' fatty steak bowl and a Mt. Dew from Ichiro's.  And a coke after that.  What?  I just had cereal for dinner that night to even it out. 
 
I have to comment on how good I feel.  I know I'm not where I'd like to be yet, but I can tell that I'm well on my way.  My pants button fit SO MUCH BETTER now and I can really tell a big difference of how my clothes fit in general.  Guess it's time to go shopping!!  Yeah!
