Well, well, well...I had a bad week and it shows. Although, lost weight is lost weight...better than nothing, right? I had my steak bowl on Wednesday, seafood buffet on Saturday (OH THE BUTTER! I've missed you!) and fried chicken on Sunday. I guess all things considered, I did pretty good to loose a little bit of weight after all that, right? Here's to a better week!
