Stats:
Weight: 34 lbs. (41%)

*Caroline has had a MAJOR growth spurt! She's always been in the 25-50% range, but she's really shot up lately.
Milestones:
- Wears 4T or XS tops, 3T or 4T bottoms, needs 5T in most dresses for the length, size 9 shoe (Side note - I had a mini-meltdown in Target the other week while shopping for Caroline in the big girl clothes. There's NO way she's old enough for that)
- Can count to 100, count to 20 by 2's; knows days of the week, months of the year, seasons
- She can listen to any song about 3 times then can almost always sing it back
- She has an impeccable memory (see bullet above!) - I can't even begin to describe the things she can remember...conversations, incidents, what people wore. She's been known to repeat conversations (ok, arguments) that Wally and I have had weeks later. Just the other day, she reminded me about the birthday party at the skating rink we went to where I work black roller skates....yeah, that was last JULY.

I am having such a hard time believing that my little girl is 4 years old. I mean, where has the time gone? Where??? It's doubly hard to know that not this August but next - she will be in Kindergarten. That just can't be right.
Caroline has really grown up to be a sweet, special little girl. She's the smartest, most thoughtful, sensitive ball of energy that I think I have ever laid my eyes on. She will put someone else's needs in front of hers at any given moment. And the proof is in the fact that every time I see her when she's in the same room as Anna - she's always giving her a hug, a kiss, or a lovable pat on her hiney. But, that also doesn't stop her from trying to discipline her, either.
But, in addition to the sweetness, she sure can turn on the waterworks in a nanosecond. Her feelings are super-sensitive and she does get frustrated very easily when she's trying to something that doesn't quite go her way. I am often telling her that I can't help her if she's frustrated and that can quickly calm her down.
Caroline keeps us on our toes, that's for sure. If not for anything else - just to make us be more careful of what's coming out of our mouths. She repeats everything she hears and that might not always be a good thing. EEP!
