Weight Watchers: Week 3

Well, last week didn't go as planned.  Actually, it went just as planned.  I did remarkably well all week and had my cheat night on Sunday, before my weigh in this morning. I think know that was my biggest mistake.  As of Sunday morning, I was down 2.2 lbs from last week.  But, I suppose I ate all the wrong foods yesterday at lunch (and 2 glasses of sweet tea.  What?) and that did me in.  My plan is to skip cheat night this week and stick to going rogue as close to after my weigh-in as possible.

The highlight of my week?  Ha...was NOT lunch yesterday.  Although, it was, by far the best meal I had all week. But, I cooked an amazing meal one night last week that I was so proud of.  I found some southwestern flavored chicken strips at Piggly Wiggly and made chicken tacos.  Thanks, Meredith, for telling me about whole grain taco shells!  1 point for 1 shell.  Yeah!  Anyways, shells stuffed with chicken, taco sauce, light sour cream, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, corn & black beans!  SO yummy!  I could have eat 5 of them.  But, I only ate 2. :-)
