Weight Watchers: Week 4

Weekly Weight Loss:
2.8 lbs

Total Weight Loss:
8.8 lbs

Holy cow!  I didn't know I had it in me!  Only 1.2 lbs to go and I'll meet my 10 pound weight loss goal.  I decided this morning that I'm going to break up this journey into 3 mini-goals:

1.  Loose 10 lbs.
2.  Get to 130 lbs.
3.  Get to 125 lbs.

That seems manageable, right?  Mini-goal #1, almost complete! (This whole process is NOT about my actual weight, but more about how I feel in my clothes.)

I had a good week this week.  I ended up having a cheat day on Tuesday, thanks to my aunt, Gayle, and her one-word text... "Grouchos?"  Uh, yes, please!   But, made up for it in the end.  I even went out for sushi one night and assumed I ate within my points and called it a night.  Isn't that how it works?  Hey, I had edemame and brought my own light Asian salad dressing.  What?  Until next week...
